Freestyle is our line for expressive, layered coffees: where complexity and flavour move together. This lot comes from Taferi Kela in Sidamo, Ethiopia, produced in collaboration with Bette Buna, whose work is rooted in community development and transparent supply chains. 

Using an anoxic natural process, ripe cherries are fermented in sealed barrels to create a controlled, low-oxygen environment, before being slowly dried on raised beds. Refined over several harvests, this approach brings depth and definition to the cup, resulting in a coffee that is vibrant, structured, and distinctly sophisticated.
